8" Victoria Sponge Cake

Sometimes somebody just wants the good old fashioned cakes, we're no different here at Num Nums. We LOVE a good old fashioned victoria sponge.

We've made only one change to this classic cake, instead of using butter icing or cream we decided to make it with vanilla Italian buttercream to take this world classic sponge to the next level!
